Cancellations

If you cancel up to 15 days before the event, we will refund 100% of the participation fee. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible from 14 days before the event. See Transfer of registration below to switch participants.

Transfer of registration

You can tranfser your registration to someone else. We can NOT issue a new invoice. 

CE hours

The workshops, main day plenary and tours are eligible for CE hours. We will share detailed instructions for self reporting the week after the event 

Invoice

If you have not received your invoice, login via this website with the credentials you set up at registration. You can create or view your invoice on your Dashboard.

Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days and must be paid in full before the event. As spots in workshops and tours are limited, unpaid invocies may be cancelled from 7 days before the event.

Tour and workshop selections

To change your tour and/or workshop selection, logon and go to Program. You can change to any workshop and/or tour that still has capacity. If your desired session is full, please join the waitlist.

VAT

In the EU, in-person events are considered local services and national VAT must be paid. If you have a valid Italian VAT-ID and Italian address, then National Reverse Charge applies and the VAT will be reveresed.

GBCI Work Zone

To sign up for a Work Zone appointment, check your registration confirmation email for the details and a link. Contact us if you need the link again.
